Job Recruitment at GTBank Application process

Our criteria for Entry level Programme (ELP) is as detailed below. Candidate must:

  1. Interested applicant Must be a graduate with a minimum of second class lower division from an accredited University
  2. Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate
  3. Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings
  4. Applicant Must not be more than twenty-six (26) years of age.



Job Recruitment at GTBank Interview Stages

The following are stages of interview involve if your name is shortlisted for interview


Stage 1: Computer-Based Assessment

If really you meet up with the criteria, you will invited for complete a Computer-Based assessment, this test will be based on questions covering Spatial Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, History/Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation.

The above test will guide you to the next stage where you will acquire skill to succeed in a role with Guaranty Trust Bank

Stage 2: Pre-Interview Documentation

This stage you will be you will be invited for an informal chat with a member of the Human Resources Team, at this stage you will be physically verified both your qualifications/credentials, other questions will be applied take note.

Stage 3: Panel Interview

This stage you will face competency-based panel interview. Here the panel expects you to demonstrate key capabilities and also exhibit qualities and skills the GTBank requires and also demonstrate industry knowledge and the passion required to work in Guaranty Trust Bank.

Stage 4: Final Interview

At this stage the panel will conduct one on one interview of which member of the Executive Management Team will be presence.

Stage 5: Entry Level Training Scheme

This is where successful applicants will be offered a place in our four-month Entry Level Programme (ELP) and will be deployed into the Bank subsequently. The most important thing about this stage is that participants are trained and tested on practical, social, and technical aspects of Banking.
